Yes, just after completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find information about your purchases.
4.Can I return or exchange a garment if the size does not suit me?
Yes, you can return an order if all that had in the packaging when sending is still there when returning.Neanmois, there is not necessarily a reason for return.
However, we do not exchange.
1.What are the delivery options?
You can be delivered at home or in relay points by Bpost or World Relay.
For home delivery, you have the choice between being delivered by Bpost for €5.60 or by Global Relay for €5.
For relay point deliveries, you have the choice between being delivered in one of the 2000 Bpost removal points for 4,40€ or in one of the Relay World relay points for 3,75€.
2.What are the usual delivery times?
The usual delivery times are between 1 to 7 working days depending on your choice of delivery method.
3.Can I be delivered to a different address from my billing address?
Yes, when ordering, you can decide whether your billing address is the same as your delivery.If you don't want it to be the same address, I invite you to check the box and give another address for billing.
Returns and refunds:
1.What is our return policy?
Returns are allowed within 14 days with all of what had been sent.If not, we only partially refund the order.The package must be returned to the company's headquarters.Return fees are charged to the client.
2.How do I return an article?
The customer must inform the company either via the email service integrated in Mo'vintage or via the following email address: email@example.com.The customer must close the package with all the products delivered to it.If the package is not complete, the refund will only be partial.
